Low Back Pain
Low back pain can be caused by a variety of factors. Poor posture, lifting with the back instead of the legs, a lifestyle without regular exercise, ruptured or bulging discs in the spine are some of the common causes. As we get older, the discs in our spine lose fluid and flexibility. Combining that with constant poor posture and the stress it puts on the muscles, it can cause acute Low Back Pain when a spasm, strain or sprain occurs. Back pain that does not go away (chronic) can lead to further degeneration and arthritis.
